Comprehensive Dealer Training Program

Factory-Comprehensive Training is a free service held at our training facility in Western Maryland. All training classes are taught by a member of our highly skilled technical team. Class begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m., with a break for lunch.

System Galaxy training will last 5 days (Monday - Friday). Monday through Thursday are full training days. Friday's class usually ends by 11am. The Product Certification Exercise will be held on Friday morning. Successful completion of the Certification Exercise is required to receive certification.

The course offers hands-on experience with GCS equipment and software. Emphasis is placed on instruction, installation, programming, and troubleshooting. Each student will have access to a workstation and 600 series hardware for the duration of the class. A System Galaxy certification will be awarded upon successful completion of this course.

Galaxy Control Systems can offer our corporate rate for trainees at the Hilton Garden Inn in Frederick, MD. The training rate is $109.00 per night and includes a hot breakfast. Enter GCS plus the number of the month in the GROUP/CONVENTION code window to get the training rate. (e.g. month of June GROUP/CONVENTION code would be "gcs6" and October would be "gcs10")

If you are arriving by airplane a rental car will be necessary. Hilton Garden Inn is approxiamately 40 miles from the nearest airport.

Cancellation Policy

To enable you to get the most from your training, and to have more one-on-one time with the instructor, we have limited seats available.

You will be charged a $100.00 fee for each seat cancelled. You will need to have a purchase order at the time of cancellation. Please be advised that cancellations are required one week prior to the training date.

ALSO: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for any additional fees incurred from the hotel if we made your reservations for you.
