Getting Started with Cloud Concierge

The topics in this Cloud Concierge Branch will assist the dealer/tech in on-boarding a new customer and their hardware with the cloud system. This branch covers establishing your VPN Access and programming the Customer’s hardware into System Galaxy software. Then End-User will connect to the cloud system using their LaunchPoint web interface or their Mobile Apps.
