Output Relay Module (ORM)
Output
Relay Module (ORM)
Designed
with true integration in mind, the Output Relay Module (ORM)
provides control of any device that can be controlled by a switch.
The module connects to any port on the 508/502 panel, and can monitor up to 16
different devices per module. Multiple modules can be used to accommodate all
required devices.
From lighting,
to office equipment, to door locks, to HVAC equipment the ORM allows
any device to be activated (or deactivated) based on another event
taking place elsewhere in the facility (i.e. the first person to
enter the building triggers the copy machine to switch on automatically). |
Benefits
Controls
External Devices
Allows control
of up to 16 external devices.
Fully Supervised
Fully supervised
for tampering (enclosure tamper switch),
communication failure, and the relay 12VDC power supply
for low voltage conditions.
Flexible
The Output
Relay Module can be used to control any device that
can be switch controlled, including LED’s, bells, piezo sounders,
digital communicators/dialers, etc. It can also be used to activate
lighting, equipment, lock & unlock doors, and even control HVAC
equipment.
Easy to
Wire
Specially designed
jumper pins make it easy to connect (or bus)
individual relays together, making installations faster and neater. |
