Elevator Control Module(ECM)
Elevator
Control Module
Designed
specifically for elevator applications, the Elevator Control
Module provides gives 508/502 panels superior control over individual
elevators.
Access to specific floors can be granted through card or keypad access, and can
be granted or withheld based on time schedules.
Elevators can
even be programmed to allow public access during business hours,
and remain restricted during all other times.
The Elevator Control Module simply connects to any control port on the 508/502
panel. Multiple units can be used to control many floors. |
Benefits
Controls
Floor Access by Elevator
Allows access
control of up to 16 elevator floors per unit,
and up to 64 floors per elevator car.
Programmable
by Individual Floor
The Elevator
Control Module can authorize access to as many
(or as few) floors as necessary. Once a user presents his or her
card to the reader, access is granted only to pre-authorized floors,
within a specified time schedule. Elevator cars may also be
programmed to allow free access to any specified floors during
user specified hours.
Expandable
As many as
64 floors can be controlled by “daisy chaining” up to 4 control units.

jumper pins make it easy to connect (or bus)
individual relays together, making installations faster and neater. |
